Yes. A limited company can act as the shareholder or director of another limited company. But each company should have at least one natural person as the company director who is 18 years old or above and holding a valid HKID or passports, regardless of their nationality.

Yes. All information of a limited company registered in Hong Kong, including names, addresses and shareholding percentage of shareholders; and names, ID card numbers or passport numbers and addresses of directors, shall be accessible by the public.

The Hong Kong Companies Ordinance has no restriction on the nationality of shareholder/director. Hong Kong, Chinese or overseas residents who are 18 years old or above and holding passports or ID cards can become shareholders or directors of Hong Kong limited company.
